Use the official procurement route
The Public Procurement Authority has issued a directive on mandatory GHANEPS use for government procurement. Monitor the official system and read each opportunity’s requirements carefully. Deadlines, eligibility, evaluation criteria and submission instructions are specific to the tender.
Build the evidence pack
Maintain accurate registration and tax documents, CVs with verifiable qualifications, actual project references and clear descriptions of delivery capability. Do not invent past performance or imply certifications that you do not hold.
Translate the terms of reference into a work plan
Map every required output to a method, responsible role, review stage and delivery date. Price fieldwork, travel, language support, data cleaning, reporting and handover transparently. Flag assumptions and dependencies in the proposal.
Review before submission
Check responsiveness, page limits, signatures, file requirements and the financial proposal format. Allow time for clarifications through the official channel. A well-written proposal does not guarantee selection; procurement decisions remain with the authorised entity.
