Information on this website
The project-brief tool processes the details you enter in your browser. It does not submit them to an Ara database. Opening an email draft passes the selected details to your email application; copying or downloading creates a copy under your control. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the unsent form.
When you contact us
If you send an email, call or use WhatsApp, your contact details and enquiry are processed through those services so Ara can discuss your request. Provide only information needed to explain the project. Do not send participant-level data, identifiers or confidential datasets through the initial enquiry.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the site. This website does not install advertising trackers or non-essential analytics. External links, email applications and WhatsApp have their own privacy terms.
Project data and your rights
Project-specific data access, lawful basis, confidentiality, retention, secure transfer and deletion arrangements must be agreed before data is shared. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, contact info.araanalytics@gmail.com. The Ghana Data Protection Commission is the official source for rights and complaints.
Retention and sharing
This website does not retain your form entries. Enquiries you send remain in the communication service used and may be needed for follow-up, proposal or contract records. Ask Ara about the applicable retention arrangements for your engagement. No customer information is sold through this website.
